"The staff here is so kind and welcoming; I was even offered water as soon as I walked in! The office is extremely clean and tidy. The Doctor was very easy to talk to and informative. He answered all of my questions and concerns. I was then walked through a step-by-step process as to what I could expect and given lots of pamphlets on knowledge that I should know. Such a lovely experience; especially for someone very new to all of this."
